News24xx.com - In order to accelerate the development of digital ecosystem in Indonesia based on the pillar of Device, Network, and Application (DNA), Telkomsel in cooperation with Erajaya (PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk) presents the program 'HALO Device Plan'.

HALO Device Plan is a bundling program with a wide selection of smartphones with various extra values ??up to 41 GB data quota, 200 minutes voice service, 400 SMS, and 500 Telkomsel POIN.

This strategic partnership is marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Telkomsel Sales Director Sukardi Silalahi and Vice President Director and CEO of Erajaya Group Hasan Hall in Telkomsel Smart Office, Jakarta, May 15th 2018.

Sukardi later added that the bundling program is also the answer to the community's request for a special bundling package that can provide mobile services with a wide network, complemented by quality data quota, and supported by customer service spread across Indonesia.

To ensure the convenience of customers, Telkomsel currently has 167,000 BTS throughout Indonesia, including more than 35,000 4G BTS to maximize the use of data services.

Not only that, more than 440 GraPARI customer service centers are present throughout Indonesia to help customers with information about Telkomsel's products and services.

Telkomsel also provides a variety of customer touch point alternatives as a customer service solution which is a callcenter 24 hours  in 188, and virtual assistance in various social media (Twitter, LINE, Facebook Messenger, Telegram), MyGraPARI self service engine, web and MyTelkomsel app.

Related to this, to make it easier for customers, every smartphone acquired through the "HALO Device Plan" bundling program will be equipped with MyTelkomsel application as a digital-based customer service channel.

The 'HALO Device Plan' special program is offered in postpaid scheme with the purchase of any smartphone available in 83 Erafone outlets, as well as 15 selected GraPARI spread in various cities in Indonesia. In the future, this offer will also be available in more Erafone and GraPARI outlets. In order for more and more people to enjoy this special offer, the purchase can be done either with full payment in advance, or installments using credit cards.

Postpaid package in this bundling scheme is available for a validity period of 12 months. This package has extra value which consists of voice service up to 200 minutes, 400 SMS, 25 GB data quota, 16 GB quota VideoMAX, 500 Telkomsel POIN, accompanied by cashback up to IDR 2 million.

Another option available is in the form of the Telkomsel Flash MiFi (Mobile WiFi) bundling package which is also valid for a 12 month period, with data quota up to 35 GB/month.
