Eat these fruits to keep you energetic during fasting

People tend to just eat what is in front of them, because they think they have been fasting the whole day. To keep yourself healthy and refreshed even during fasting, you should eat foods that contain fibers and vitamins like fruits. Here are fruits that are good to eat to begin and end fasting.
1. Date
This fruit from Middle-Eastern is identified with Ramadhan month because in Islam, eating three date fruits is sunnah or strongly recommended. Date contains 78 – 87% sugar. 55% of it is glucose while 45% of it is fructose. This can return the energy that we lost during fasting.
2. Avocado
Avocado can often be found in mix fruits ice. It turns out this fruit can lower the cholesterol level and decrease your weight. It also contains iron, vitamin B, good fat and oil that are needed by the body as a source of energy. It is good to consume before we begin fasting.
3. Apple
Apple can lower cholesterol level inside the blood and lower appetite that is too great when we end the fast. It is rich of vitamin A, B and C, which can balance the nutrition inside the body. Consuming this fruit before beginning fasting can help you feel full longer.
4. Papaya
Papaya is known as a fruit that is good for our digestion system. This is because Papaya contains vitamin C and A which help break down the food fibers inside our digestion system. It can also ease the queasy feeling in our stomach.
5. Coconut
The isotonic contained inside coconut is good to replace the body fluids that we lost and prevent us from having dehydration. It can also cure the pain from the raising gastric acid. It can also lower the cholesterol level, so it is recommended for those who suffer from hypertension and diabetes to consume it.
6. Cantaloupe
Cantaloupe has an absorption function in which it helps us absorbing the food that is still clotted because it was not chewed properly. It can also help in absorbing substances that are needed by the body from seasoned foods and medicines. It can also ease queasiness due to gastric acid. It is also rich of vitamin A.
7. Banana
Banana contains vitamin A, B1, B2 and C, which can cure the pain from gastric acid. It can also balance our body fluid. It is a good fruit for those who suffer from stomach ulcer.
