After killed four children in a petrol bomb attack in the UK, two men have been given life sentences

News24xx.com -  A tragic incident killed four children in Walkden, Greater Manchester named Demi Pearson, 15 years old, Brandon, 8 years old, Lacie, 7 years old, and Lia, 3 years old on December 11 last year.

Demi, Brandon and Lacie who were sleeping in a front bedroom, all died in the blaze. Their mother, Michelle Pearson, 36, was rescued but she severely injured, along with her youngest daughter, Lia, who died in hospital two days later.

And two men must responsible for murdering the four children in a petrol bomb attack on a family home and have been given life sentences for each. 

Courtney Brierley, 20, was found guilty of four counts of manslaughter and must locked up for 21 years.

Another men, Zak Bolland, 23  was also given four life sentences and ordered to serve a minimum term of 37 years for the murders.

Before the tragic incident, it known that Bolland involved in a petty feud with the victims brother, Kyle, 17-year-old. But, in that incident, Kyle managed to escape along with his friend named Bobby, who was also staying at the house. 

Bolland said at Manchester Crown Court, that he was high on drink and drugs when he launched the fatal attack.

Along with Worrall, he filled two glass bottles with petrol that he bought from a local garage, and stuffing the tops with tissue paper before 5am. The group buying beers at a nearby newsagents and joking with staff and fellow customers before they left the store.

Earlier this month it was revealed that Bolland and David Worrall, removed a fence panel from the garden of Pearson’s home, smashed a kitchen window and tossed in two lit petrol bombs. 

One landed near the stairs, blocking the only exit to the ground floor and trapping the victims upstairs as flames engulfed the three bedroom mid-terrace house on Jackson Street, Walkden, Greater Manchester.
