News24xx.com - Some of us often wake up at certain hours of the night. If it happens once or twice, than it is not so worrying. 

However, if it happens every night, and always in the same hour, then there is something wrong with our health condition.


1.       Wake up at 1 a.m

If you often wake up at 1 in the morning, then maybe there is a problem with your blood circulation or gallbladder. Therefore, you have to start reducing the consumption of cholesterol, such as fried food and any other food that contain much fat.


2.       Wake up at 2 a.m

If you often wake up at 2 in the morning, then that can mean that you have a quite serious problem, especially your digestion system. The organs affected are usually small intestines or liver. It can be because the food you consume lack fibers, contain too many carbohydrate or sugar, or you do not drink enough water.


3.       Wake up at 3 a.m

If you wake up at 3 in the morning, then there may be a problem in your respiratory system, especially your lungs. It can also be a sign that your body is in a state of dehydration and you are in need of water to continue to sleep until morning.
