Three best times to do exercise during fasting month

News24xx.com -  Fasting should not be a reason for you not to exercise. In fact, exercising during fasting month can help burn calorie more and help you lose some weight. 

While it is a good thing to do, you should mind the time you do exercise during fasting month, so you will not feel weak the whole day.


Exercising with empty stomach will give bad impact on your health. It can cause you to feel weak, have a headache and even be dehydrated. 

Doing exercise that is too hard can also cause damage to your muscles and increase stress hormone, so you have to think of the best time to exercise.


1.       Before ending the fast
You can exercise a few minutes before ending the fast. It can help burn fat and calorie more. After exercising, you can end the fast and eat and drink, so you will regain the lost energy. You will not have to worry about being dehydrated because you can drink almost straight away.

 

2.       After ending the fast
You can exercise two or three hours after ending the fast. Wait for a while for your stomach to digest the food. This is a good time to exercise because you have regained the lost energy after eating when ending the fast. You can do either light or hard exercise.

 

3.       After sahur
You can also exercise after sahur. Your body has gain the energy it needs after eating during sahur. However, it is suggested for you to do light exercise during this time.

Actually, exercising during fasting depends on your own condition. As long as you do not feel too weak from exercising, then it is good to do.
