For Indonesian people, chicken liver is a common food to eat. However, it can be risky if not cooked the right way. The campylobacter bacteria inside it will disappear if you cook it in 73 degree Celsius.

3.       Tuna

Tuna, if not cooked properly, can be bad for our health, which can cause rash. When cooking tuna at home, make sure you keep it inside refrigerator and cook it in 62 degree Celsius.

4.       Cabbage

It turns out cabbage is also susceptible to salmonella. Although it seems healthy, according to U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, in 2015, cabbage became the reason of more than 1000 food poisoning. You can avoid it by washing the cabbage and use clean knifes to cut it.
