With the salary of EUR 4 million per season, Jorge Lorenzo will be in the Repsol team for the next season of MotoGP

Lorenzo's contract at Ducati will end after 2018 MotoGP. Although just got his the first win with Ducati, 31-year-old rider said that his future with the Italian manufacturer will not change. It was reinforced by news reported by Sky Sport Italia that says that Lorenzo has agreed on a two-year contract with Repsol Honda, which means he will duet with Marquez in 2019 and 2020.

Lorenzo also said will pocket the salary of EUR 4 million or about IDR 65 billion per season. An official announcement is expected to happen in the near future.

President of Honda Racing Corporation, Yoshishige Nomura, arrived at Mugello to seal the agreement. It became a decisive intervention, after some negotiations failed with other riders.
