Aloe vera ice, besides refreshing also has beneficial to our body

Aloe vera ice, may be practically a typical drink on the island of Borneo, it is because in the city of the river Kapuas, we can get many sellers who sell this type of drink.

In addition to refreshing the throat during break the fasting, aloe vera contains many levels of water, carbohydrates, calories, fat, protein, vitamin A, C, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, calcium and iron.

With such a large nutritional content, consuming aloe vera can also overcome diabetes, hemorrhoids, constipation. Besides aloe vera also serves for outside treatment such as blackening and dense the hair, and moisturize the skin.

How to make Aloe Vera Ice

Ingredients :

• Aloe vera 500 grams

• Lime betel 1 tbsp

• Salt 1 tsp

• Sugar / syroop according to taste

• Water to soak and boil

• Pandan leaves 1 sheet

• Lemon / lime 1 piece

How to make :

1. Peel and separate the skin of aloe leaves with its jelly

2. Cut aloe vera jelly-shaped and then wash with running water

3. Soak pieces of jelly with water that has been mixed whiting and salt for 1 hour then wash clean

Boil 500 ml of water and add sugar / syroop and pandan leaves.

5. After boiling the input of aloe vera and boiled jelly more or less 5 minutes

6. Turn off the heat and let it cool.

7. Prepare a serving glass, add ice cubes and enter aloe beverage

8. Give a little lemon or lime juice
