Scientists from Harvard told how to fall asleep for a minute

Scientists from Harvard developed the technique "4-7-8", which helps to fall asleep in just one minute.

The method is based on the fact that a person regulates his own breathing, counting to four, seven and eight.

How to do it correctly:

- inhale with your nose for four seconds;

- hold your breath for seven seconds;

- exhale through the mouth for eight seconds.
