Mitsubishi use the name of Expander for their new small MPV

News24xx.com -  Mitsubishi will launch the small MPV Avanza competitors at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2017.

Reportedly, a small MPV from Mitsubishi it, will use the name of the Expander.

The name Mitsubishi Expander for MPV Avanza competitor is circulating among national automotive media.

However, the Director of Sales and Marketing Division of Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI), Irwan Kuncoro in particular still reluctant.

"For name, variant, price, just wait. It will also been informed," said Irwan on the sidelines of the national automotive media iftar eventin Jakarta, Wednesday, June 7 2017 night.

Referring to the word Expander, possibly that name is suitable for MPV Mitsubishi that have spacious cabins.

Found at the same occasion, Head of Public Relation Department of PT MMKSI, Intan Vidiasari, also was reluctant to disclose it.

Instead she argued the name Expander circulating will be an input for Mitsubishi.

"Might so (Expander for small MPV Mitsubishi). It could be an input to us later," Intan said without willing to acknowledge the name of Expander for MPV Mitsubishi.

Mitsubishi says, small MPV that would glide August 2017 later will get a touch of the SUV.

That car will be produced at the new plant of Mitsubishi in Cikarang, West Java area.
