A study reveal that laughing makes the immune cells being more stronger

News24xx.com -  From a study reveal that if you often to laughing,  not only make your mind will be more positive and the mood being more better, but it also makes the immune cells of body being stronger. 

The research from Japan was conducted by the Osaka International Cancer Institute to 70 cancer patients. 

The participants were asked to follow the comedy performances of Rakugo and Manzai, two performances of traditional Japanese comedy.

And the research found, one groups who watched the comedy shows once a week, makes their immune cells being more effective to killing the cancer cells.

"Our research shows that comedy which makes a person always laugh, it can reduce pain and gives many advantage for immune cells, especially for cancer patients," said one researcher named Nariaki Matsuura from Osaka International Cancer Institute, as quoted by the Japan Times, June 19 2018.

This study wrote that the immune cells which attack cancer cells being more effective when they laugh. This is related to increased production of interleukin 12B, a protein that used to preventing the spread of cancer.

Not only that, the participants also feel their pain being more reduce and not easily to feel anxious, sad, depressed, and angry. 

In the future, Nariaki said a comedy show could be one form of cancer therapy.
