Belgium coach reveals the secret of Belgium team in 2018 world cup


Belgium national teamBelgium national team - Coach of Belgian national team, Roberto Martinez praised the focus of Belgian soccer federation that placed the young players as a priority for achieving the World Cup.

Since four years ago, Belgium is often called a golden generation. Players like Thibaut Courtois, Vincent Kompany, Jan Vertonghen, Kevin de Bruyne, Eden Hazard, Marouane Fellaini and Romelu Lukaku have strengthened the Red Devils team in the 2014 World Cup and made it through the quarter-finals.

Now four years later the best Belgian players who have more experience have gained better achievement. According to the coach the existence of players who make Belgium called as the gold generation is already planned.

"It's important for everyone to know Belgium has a population of 11 million and the current generation is not born by chance, there is a very clear structure in professional soccer in Belgium," Martinez said.

"Belgium is a country that focused on the development of young players. We will be ourselves and we have time to use the World Cup as an advantage for the newer generation" continued the Everton coach.

The success of Belgium to reach the semifinals in Russia 2018, repeat the highest achievement in the World Cup which was achieved in Mexico 1986.
