News24xx.com - The organizers of 70th Emmy Awards have just announced the nominations ranks for the award. Many celebrities, from senior to rookies, and many kinds of film are included in the nomination.

However, there is a surprise coming for all movie-lovers. There is an Asian actress included in the nomination list of Best Actress category.

The woman we are talking about is Sandra Oh (46). She is an actress that is quite popular in America for playing in the TV series, Killing Eve. In the TV series, she plays as MI5 Eve Polastri.

E! Online reported that Sandra Oh is included in Emmy Awards nomination for Best Actress in Drama Series category, which is a quite popular category. She has to compete with other big names like Claire Foy from The Crown, Elisabeth Moss from The Handmaid’s Tale, Keri Russell from The American, Evan Rachel Wood from Westworld, and Tatiana Maslany from Orphan Black.

Oh has been nominated six times in Emmy. Before this, she had been nominated five times for Best Supporting Actress in Drama Series category for her role as Cristina Yang in Grey’s Anatomy. However, she has not won the award. Many people, including herself, hope that she can win this year.
