Dozens of hotpots reappearing in Sumatra island, Riau contributes 1 point

News24xx.com - Monday, July 16th, 2018, Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) record hotspots in Sumatra are re-emerging. Dozens of hotspots appeared in a number of provinces including Riau.

As reported by Head of Section (Kasi) BMKG Information Station Pekanbaru, Marzuki. "Hotspot Sumatra with a confidence level above 50 percent is 18 points spread in Jambi 2 points, South Sumatra 8 points, Lampung 4 points, and Babel 3 points and Riau 1 point in Bengkalis Regency" he said.

Then the chance of rain in Riau is predicted to be minimal. "The weather during the day and night is sunny cloudy, with maximum temperatures reaching 34 degrees Celsius" he said. With an air humidity of 50 to 98 percent and wind comes from East to Southwest with the speed of 09 to 27 km/hour.

Opportunities of early morning rain are local. Can flush in parts of Pelalawan, Siak and Meranti Islands.
