Nike raises their employees salary to increase work efficieny

Nike spokesman Sandra Carreon-John said the company wanted to create a good culture so that employees have a sense of ownership of the company and feel empowered. University of Oregon School of Law professor, Elizabeth Tippett said the decision to raise salaries was a good decision for Nike. Nike also changed the bonus structure.
