The 234th anniversary, with hopes Pekanbaru will be more developed and implemented The smart city Madani

News24xx.com - June 26th, 2018, Capital of Riau Province, Pekanbaru is 234 years old on June 23rd, 2018. It means that at this age Pekanbaru continued to develop and also became one of the leading big city in Sumatra and Indonesia.

As conveyed by the Mayor of Pekanbaru, DR Firdaus ST MT, when he became the 234th Inspector of Pekanbaru City Anniversary which held at Tenayan Raya Office Complex. Future hopes and aspirations of Pekanbaru City are conveyed to make this city more advanced in the future.

 Dr Firdaus MT hopes that government and all elements of society can work together to realize the vision and mission. To realize itself as center of trade and services, center of education, and center of Malay culture, which will call smart city madani.

"We will make Pekanbaru City as the center of trade and services, an education center, the center of Malay culture, towards a prosperous society on the basis of faith and piety" said Dr. Firdaus MT.

Dr Firdaus MT also conveyed the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) as an important pillar, so that it must truly be a public servant as well as its functions and duties. Then, community should also be smart and pay high attention to build their city to be more prosperous.

"Of course there are several pillars, one of which is ASN where I invite to truly become a servant for community, and its intelligent society. God willing, we will continue to grow with smart city. If we become a safe city, orderly, and clean, investors will be interested in investing here"explained Dr. Firdaus MT.

Alot of development happened since Dr Firdaus MT along with Ayat Cahyadi led the City of Pekanbaru. Starting from road infrastructure, Tenayan Raya Office building, education progress in the field of Madani and Technology Vocational School development, addition of classrooms, as well as the development health sector of Pekanbaru Hospital at Jalan Garuda Sakti Panam.

The special commemoration was also attended by elements of the community ranging from Forkompinda, Chair of LPM Pekanbaru, Head of Riau unification and political of Province Political which representing Governor of Riau, ASN Pekanbaru Government and Community Organizations in Pekanbaru.

"Alhamdulillah, so many layers of people are attending at the ceremony this time. The ceremony also went well, this is a good start for us in the future" said Dr. Firdaus MT.

Dr Firdaus MT conveyed the Tenayan Raya Office Complex as a Gift from the Pekanbaru Government to carry out community service. "Later service to the public will be more effective. Because all licensing centers will be centered in the Public Service Mall in the Sudirman Office. If God willing, in 2019, Tenayan Raya Office Complex and Public Service Mall will operate effectively" he said.

The transfer of the new Mayor's office in Tenayan Raya is an extension. Included in the plan for the development of the capital city of Riau Province.

Even so, it cannot be interpreted that the transfer was entirely intended for all officials who were in Mayor's office on Jenderal Sudirman street. The transfer of Mayor’s offices to Tenayan Raya will be carried out in stages. For the first stage, Tenayan Raya office will be filled only in the main building.

In order to facilitate transportation for employees later, the Pekanbaru City Transportation Agency deployed as many as 4 Trans Metro Pekanbaru (TMP) buses in Pekanbaru during the inauguration of Pekanbaru Mayor's Office in Tenayan Raya.

While 4 units of buses are provided to transport employees in the Pekanbaru City Government to new Pekanbaru Mayor office complex in Tenayan Raya District.
