Swiss people mistakenly paid double December salary

News24xx.com - In Switzerland, 4,300 employees of the French insurance company AXA, by mistake, accidentally received a salary for December twice. About the incident writes agency Reuters.

As noted, the technical failure that occurred between the insurers and the partner bank led to an error.

Nevertheless, AXA employees did not stay in high Christmas mood for long. On the same day they were informed that they would not be able to withhold additional money. Employees are required to either return the money to the bank, or keep them, but as an advance for the first month of the new year.

Insurers did not specify what amount in question. However, according to media reports, if to take into account the average level of salary in Switzerland, the total amount can reach 26 000 000 euros.
