A 10-year-old boy died after drowning at the location of Tembulun Waterfall

News24xx.com -  A 10-year-old boy named Muhamad Rafli Ameraldi died after drowning at the location of Tembulun Waterfall, Sungai Arang Hamlet, in Pangkalan Kasai Sub-District, Indragiri Hulu Regency (Inhu) on Sunday, July 7, 2019.

Adj. Comm. Dasmin Ginting SIK said,  the chronology of the incident began when the victim and his mother named Junika Sari, departed from PT BBU Kuala Cenaku to the recreation place of Tembulun Waterfall in Pangkalan Kasai village, Seberida sub-district on Sunday, July 7, 2019.

Around 13.00 local time, they arrived at the Tembulun Waterfall site.

Then, the victim jumps into the water and swims without undressing. 

Around 13.20 local time, one of the visitors shouted for help because he saw a child asking for help because he was drowned.

Then the recreational management officers immediately rescued the victims and made artificial breathing assistance, and searched for the victim's parent.
 
After that, the victim's mother came and the boy was taken to the Medika Simpang Clinic in Pangkalan Kasai Village.

But, based on the results of the medical examination, the victim was dead. Then, the victim was then taken to the Indrasari Regional Hospital in Pematang Reba.
