BENGKALIS - Head of Bengkalis Regency Health Office, dr. Ersan Saputra TH through the Head of Pharmaceutical and Health Supplies Section, Edi Sudarto, said that in accelerating the CerMat GeMa program, it expected the support of all elements such as the Regional Apparatus (PD), Village / Kelurahan Heads, PKK Teams, Professional Organizations, Associated Social Organizations.

Because all roles are needed to realize the successful implementation of CerMat GeMa.

This was said by Edi Sudarto when delivering remarks in front of the participants of the Dissemination of the Smart Community Using Drug Movement (Gema Meticulously) in Suka Maju Village, Bantan District some time ago.

The event which was attended by 50 participants was opened by the Chairperson of Commission IV of the Bengkalis Regency DPRD Sofyan and attended in addition to the Diskes as well as the local village apparatus.

Meanwhile, Chairman of Commission IV of the DPRD Sofyan in his remarks and at the same time opened the event in front of the participants said that the Bengkalis Regency government had issued a regulatory policy that is publishing through Bengkalis Regent's instruction No. 243 in 2019 regarding the implementation of the acceleration of the smart community movement program using drugs (GeMa CerMat).

"We, from Commission IV, express our appreciation to the Health Office for showing synergy of national strategic program priorities between the center and the regions, as well as a strong commitment to the successful implementation of the CerMat GeMa program," said Sofyan Chair of Commission IV Bengkalis DPRD.

Still Sofyan said, this Careful Echo is part of the efforts of promotive and preventive work programs in health development to obtain safe and quality drug information services in every health facility in Bengkalis Regency.

"This regulation is very important to be the basis for regulating efforts to control the adverse effects of health due to the use of drugs without adequate knowledge and information from health workers also causes new health problems including the abuse of elegal drugs," he said.

Sofyan again said that the echo meticulously, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 75 of 2014 concerning Puskesmas.

In addition, strengthening health services is needed, such as increasing access through the fulfillment of health workers. Improvement of supporting facilities and infrastructure as well as innovation for services in urban areas, rural areas and remote and very remote areas with a mobile health service approach, island clusters, plains and health centers to become a Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD).

"To achieve the goal of all health services, Bengkalis Regency Health Office must further explore in depth information, prepare and implement it as an effort to improve accessibility, affordability, and quality of service in order to increase the degree of the community and the success of the social security program," he said.
