One of the reasons is because the registration of Candidates for Civil Servants (CPNS) 2019 has been opened.

Head of Pekanbaru City Disdukcapil, Irma Novrita, said that the hectic process of Suket management was because the blanks for e-KTP were limited. "The e-KTP form is indeed a limited number of months. So of course we cannot provide it," Irma said, Friday 15 November 2019.

Irma said that Suket was given because indeed CPNS applicants could use it to replace e-KTP. "As far as I know, applying for CPNS can use a bouquet for those whose ID cards have not yet been printed. So the management of Suket is booming," Irma said later.

Irma conveyed that the number of current Suket arrangements compared to normal days had greatly increased.
