The Shelby County district attorney's office said on Tuesday that John Conner III, now 30, avoided trial when he pleaded guilty to criminal exposure to HIV, rape according to law by authority figures and requests of minors.

Investigators said Conner was 26 when he raped a 16-year-old boy.

How perverted the perpetrator's actions were, due to the HIV he suffered, the victim was later declared HIV positive.

Not only that, Conner also has two other cases that are still pending and involve sexual partners aged 17 and 24 years.
