Inhil Education Office Holds PGR and HGN Anniversary, Here are the Series of Events

The Inhil District Education Office (Disdik) through the PGTK Field held a series of events in the context of the 74th Anniversary of PGRI and the 2019 National Teachers' Day.

The series of events began with PGRI Inhil's Working Meeting (Raker) agenda, flag ceremony and reception night and continued with car free day activities on Jalan Swarna Bumi Tembilahan.

Deputy Regent (Vice Regent) Inhil Syamsuddin Uti after leading the flag ceremony ceremony, congratulated the HGN and PGRI Anniversary for teachers in Inhil Regency.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Department of Education, Rudiansyah after the opening of the PGRI Inhil Coordination Meeting asked the board to produce recommendations that could be implemented and many benefits for teachers.

He gave an example related to haze that can disrupt learning activities so there needs to be innovations such as making schools smoke free.

The head of Education Office also complained about the fate of the honorary teachers, especially from the committee honorarium, which in the next year could no longer be paid using BOS funds.

"I heard that teacher salaries were only 200 to 300 thousand, it was sad, undergraduate teachers were only valued that much," he said accompanied by the Head of PGTK, Tuti Erianti and Kasi PGTK Middle School / SMPLB, Salmina.

The head of Education Office requested that teachers, especially honorary teachers, remain patient and regard the work as worship.

"For teachers in the area, make a garden, look for additional income so that when moving to another place there is already income, not only always borrowing from the bank," he pleaded.

The Chairperson of PGRI Inhil, Azwar Aprilian hopes that at this moment of the day the teacher can motivate the participation of the teacher to improve and make superior HR.

"We must innovate and be creative, future teaching patterns must be adapted to the national system," he hoped.
