Three-day Civil Servants Discourse, Mayor Pekanbaru: We Follow the Central Government

PEKANBARU- The discourse of the State Civil Apparatus Commission (KASN) to add Civil Servants (PNS) holidays besides Saturdays and Sundays but additional holidays on Fridays.

Responding to the discourse, the Mayor of Pekanbaru, Firdaus said he is ready to implement it if it had become a central government decree. "We are sami'na wa atho'na, we will join the center," Firdaus told Riau24.com, Thursday (5/12/2019)

According to him, related to the discourse the central government through KASN, of course, have gone through studies before implementing the policy.

"Surely this condition has been through intensive studies by KASN and experts. By reviewing the effectiveness of working hours for government employees, "he explained.

With this policy, he hopes that it will have no effect, especially if there is a decrease in the quality and quantity of services to the community.
