JAKARTA - The National Mandate Party (PAN) has not been able to determine the location of the 5th V Congress in 2020. Because almost all the administrators of prospective locations want to be the host.

That was expressed by the Chairman of the PAN DPP Yandri Susanto when he was met by the National Working Meeting at the Millennium Hotel, Jakarta, Saturday (12/07/2019).

Yandri said, the cadres were enthusiastic to be the host so there was a misunderstanding because they wanted to talk and win the microphone.

"For this place, because of the high interest, participants from [all] Indonesia are equally high to be the host and we welcome it well," said Yandri.

Meanwhile, the Chairman of the 2019 PAN National Rakernas Steering Committee Saleh Partaonan Daulay said, it only set nine candidates for the congress host and the deadline for the implementation of the congress.

"We have established nine prospective hosts. From Sumatra, there are North Sumatra, West Sumatra, then Lampung. Then there is DKI Jakarta, Special Region of Yogyakarta, Southeast Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, South Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, and Papua. "Saleh said.

This must be done immediately because Rakernas has given a deadline of 31 March 2020.

Previously, in the Rakernas there was chaos due to differences of opinion. Because, many PAN cadres volunteered to host the congress. The debate was exacerbated by the actions of a number of cadres who argued and snatched each other's microphones.

It happened for about 15 minutes before PAN Honorary Council Chairman Amien Rais arrived and calmed the atmosphere of the Rakernas.

"Come on, everyone says istighfar. Astaghtirullahaladzim," Amien said, followed by all participants of the National Workshop.
