Provide Umbrella, Tonight BMKG Predicts Rain in Pekanbaru

(PEKANBARU) - Even though the weather in Pekanbaru City on Friday (12/13/2019) morning to evening it is sunny. However, the Meteorology Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) of Pekanbaru Station predicts that there will be rain tonight.

This was conveyed by the Pekanbaru BMKG trainer, Dewi Gita Siregar in her short message. Nighttime has the potential to rain with mild to moderate intensity in some regions of Indragiri Hilir Regency, Kep. Meranti, Bengkalis, Rohil, and Siak Regency.
 

"At night, the potential for rain with mild to moderate intensity occurs in parts of Bengkalis Regency, Dumai City, Kampar, Meranti Islands, Pelalawan, Pekanbaru City, Rokan Hilir, Rokan Hulu, and Siak Regency," he explained.

Meanwhile, BMKG also provides information on Early Warning about tonight's weather prediction.

"Beware of rain with heavy intensity that can be accompanied by lightning and strong winds occur in the area of ??Bengkulu Regency, Rokan Hilir, Kep. Meranti, and Siak Regency, at night or early morning," he added.
