In this information, the reduction of floodgates will be done in two stages, up to 5 doors that were originally opened at 1.5 meters will be closed around 50 centimeters.

"In connection with the decrease in elevation and the decrease in inflow to the hydropower reservoir, we decided to lower the floodgates. Stage 1 at 11:00 hours became 5 x 120 cm and Phase 2 at 13:00 hours became 5 x 100 cm," wrote the account @plta_koto_panjang.

To note, the elevation of the KTA Panjang PKTA reservoir is at 83.18 meters above sea level and the average reservoir inflow from yesterday to this morning was 800 m3 / s.
