Yan Prana Joins BRK Comrade Candidate, This is the Name of the Directors of RUPS-LB Results to be sent to OJK

News24xx.com - Based on the results of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting (RUPS-LB) held at the Dang Merdu Bank Riau Kepri (BRK) Tower on Friday, January 17, 2020, yesterday it produced a number of names of potential commissioners (commutations) and directors.

From the information gathered, for the BRK Commutative candidate selected from the results of the RUPS-LB are Indra who is Plt Assistant II Seldaprov Riau and Yan Prana Jaya who is Sekdaprov Riau.

Then for the positions of Director of the BRK Fund and Services, two names were selected from the results of the RUPS-LB, namely MH Suharto and Jazuli.

Meanwhile, for the potential BRK Director of Operations from the three names selected by the Pansel Team, the stockholders chose two names, Andi Bukhari and Nizam White.

From the results of the AGR-LB, the names of the BRK Commutative Directors and Directors are then submitted to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the next stage, in the form of a formal appointment.
