News24xx.com - Land issues that occur in the Sub-District of Bengkir, Bengkalis Regency became the attention of Bengkalis DPRD members, so that the problem was immediately resolved.

Deputy Chairperson of Bengkalis DPRD, Kaderismanto said, land issues were a fundamental issue there. Much of the community land that enters the forest area must be bleached.

"There is a fundamental problem, Pinggir is somewhat different from other districts. Land issues which until now cannot be resolved by Bengkalis Regency Government," said Kaderismanto, Tuesday, February 18, 2020 yesterday.

He said, although regional regulations related to city spatial planning, regional spatial planning had been passed by the Riau DPRD, but to this day the zoning has not been finalized.

"This should be our special concern, the Public Works Department is working with relevant agencies and in consultation with the DPRD to immediately resolve this problem," he said.

The Bengkalis DPRD's insistence on land settlement on the periphery is not without reason. The legality of the status of community-owned land becomes an obstacle if the completion of land on the periphery is delayed.

Kaderismanto revealed, there are some areas that have been resolved well. While that has not been completed there must be further discussion.

"For us, an area like this is important to be resolved so that the community can build buildings and then the certificates can be issued. It's funny if then the houses of worship and sub-district offices are in the (forest) area," he said.

"This is our shared responsibility, especially to the regional government. We must continue to do everything in our power to resolve this. We must never give the community an unclear status. It is not too difficult to solve this when we are together," he said.
