The SU victim, has been a victim of fraud by ES suspects, residents of Kiala Gading Village, Batang Cenaku District, Inhu District. Which, the ES suspects owned a plot of land to be purchased by SU victims, after both agreed and entered into a sale and purchase agreement in 2012.

This was conveyed by Inhu Police Chief AKBP Efrizal through PS Paur Humas Inhu Aipda Misran Regional Police, Friday, February 21, 2020. Misran said, the victim wanted to buy a plot of land from an ES suspect with an area of ??3 hectares.

"A plot of land to be purchased by the victim is in Deda Talang Suka Maju. Both of them have agreed and entered into a sale and purchase agreement. Both of them had checked the location of the land and agreed to buy and sell," Misran said.

After that, the SU victim handed over IDR 61,500 thousand in cash to the ES suspect, as payment for the plot of land. Since the sale and purchase, ES victims have not cultivated (worked on) the land.

During the two years running, since the process of buying and selling land, or rather in 2014, then SU ??victims intend to work on the land. However, the victim was visited by someone at the location of the land, who claimed to be the owner of the land.

When SU ??victims find out if the land belongs to someone else, then SU ??meets the ES suspect. At the meeting ES suspects claimed that the land was not his.

ES even admitted that the money from buying and selling was up. "For this incident the victim reported to the Kelayang Police Station," Misran said.
