INHU - Employment Social Security Organizing Agency (BP Jamsostek) Rengat Branch Office submits compensation for Work Accidents and Reimbursement of Medical Costs to Heirs Alm. Jumadi, Employee of Tunggal Perkasa Plantations company,on  Monday, (03/09/2020), at TPP Air Molek company.

This compensation was given directly by the Head of the BP Jamsostek Rengat Branch Office, Iksarudin accompanied by the Head of BP Jamsostek Rengat Services, Saut Muda Tua Napitu to Karmiyati as his wife Alm. Jumadi and Tunggal Perkasa company worth IDR. 1,596,771,624.

The head of BP Jamsostek Rengat, Iksarudin said, the details of compensation provided were the reimbursement of all costs of care and treatment incurred by the company worth 1.4 billion, including reimbursement of the salary that was still paid by the company to Jumadi during his absence.

Then the compensation for heirs (bu Karmiyati) worth 145 million with details of Old Age Savings (JHT) worth 15 million, Death Benefit due to Work Accidents 105 Million (48x wages), Periodic Retirement Guarantee 350,700 / month, burial costs 3 million, periodic compensation 4.8 million, and scholarships for 12 million children, explained Iksarudin.

The person in charge ofTun ggal Perkasa company, Yanuar explained, Mr. Jumadi was an employee of  Tunggal Perkasa company who had been working since 2011 and had a work accident in 2016 because of being hit by a palm fruit. Then the deceased was treated from 2016 to March 2019 and died in May 2019.

Yanuar would like to thank BPJamsostek for replacing all the costs of the care and treatment of the deceased Jumadi to reach 1.4 billion, including reimbursement of the salary that we keep paying to the deceased during our absence.
