KUANSING- Regent of Kuantan Singingi, Drs. H. Mursini, M.Sc conducts Sowing of Tilapia Fish for the Village-Owned Enterprises (Bumdes) of Sangau Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province.

According to Plt. Head of the Department of Fisheries and Food Security of Kuantan Singingi Regency, Ir. Zapnil, M.Sc, Sangum Village Bumdes received tilapia fish seedlings from the Kuansing District Government through the Fisheries and Food Security Service.

"Alhamdulillah, today, Wednesday (11/3) a Tilapia Seed Sowing was carried out, by the Kuansing Regent Drs. H. Mursini, MSi," he said.

While the Kuantan Singingi Regent, Drs. H. Mursini, M.Si after sowing the tilapia seed is hoping that this Bumdes business can increase people's income and can improve and meet the nutritional needs of the community.

"It is also expected to be able to meet the needs of fish for neighboring villages, such as for villages in Pucuk Rantau Sub-District, where the price of one kilogram of tilapia reaches Rp.35,000," he explained.

On this occasion, the Regent also left a message, so that planting or seedlings are arranged, so that the harvest is not simultaneous so that it is easy to be marketed.
