The number of people in monitoring of Siak Increases to 229 in Three Days

News24xx.com - The number of people in monitoring (ODP) in Siak district within a period of 3 days was a spike, from a report on Friday the ODP was 93 people. However, on Monday (3/30/2020) there were 392 people. So from that number there were 229 ODP additions.

This was said by the Regent of Siak Alfedri after holding a video conference with the Governor of Riau Syamsuar at Siak Live Room Standby. He said, currently the number of ODP in Siak was 392 people. That is because, many people who have just returned from outside the area.

"The number of ODP is now 392 people. This happened because there were 65 people coming home from Malaysia and the rest were students from Java, "Alfedri said.

The Regent also suggested that the ODP be isolated for 14 days. With the aim, to inhibit the spread of Covid-19.

For those who have been affected by ODP, I recommend isolation for 14 days at home. So that the spread of Covid-19 can be prevented, "he added.

Furthermore, Alfedri also explained that currently there are two PDPs in Siak. He also suggested that activities that gather large numbers of people not be carried out.

"At present there are two PDPs, one at the Tengku Rafian Siak Regional Hospital from Sabak Auh District, and the other from Tualang being treated at the Pekanbaru Army Hospital. Soon, if I want to fast, I suggest to the public not to hold a festivity. Anyway, avoid activities that gather large crowds, "he said.
