Increasing, the Number of ODP in Inhil Becomes 1278 People

News24xx.com - Inhil - The number of people in monitoring (ODP) in Indragiri Hilir (Inhil) has increased significantly. The latest data, it is known that the number of ODP which was originally only 193 people has now become 1278 people.

Changes in the data occurred after an agreement between the Governor of Riau and the Task Force for the COVID-19 Handling Acceleration of Riau Province.

In the agreement, People without Symptoms (OTG) are included in the category of People in Monitoring (ODP). Therefore, the number of ODP in Inhil District increased dramatically to 1278 or almost 7 times the previous figure.

This was conveyed by the Director of RSUD Puri Husada Tembilahan as well as a spokesperson (spokesman) in the medical field of the Task Force for the Acceleration of Management of COVID-19 Indragiri Hilir Regency, Dr. Saut Pakpahan, Wednesday (1 April 2020) at RSUD Puri Husada Tembilahan.

"That's why today's report sharply increased the number of ODP in Inhil to 1278 people," said Dr. Saut.

The agreement as happened in Riau, revealed by Dr. Saut actually also has been done in other provinces. However, specifically for Riau, it will take effect as of 1 April 2020.

For this reason, Dr. Saut hopes that people will not be worried about the increase in ODP figures. Because, previously, the OTG and ODP were recorded in a different category.

"People do not worry, do not panic. Previously, this OTG data also already exists, but it was not included in the ODP data. Now, after the OTG and ODP agreement was combined," explained Dr. Saut.
