Regent Alfedri Reminds IKPP Company To Implement Physical and Social Distancing of Contractor Workers

News24xx.com - Regent Alfedri urges and reminds PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper (IKPP) Perawang Mill, to implement Physical Distancing and Social Distancing of PT IKPP partner contract workers amid government efforts to break the chain of distribution of Covid 19, Thursday 2 April 2020 in Perawang, Siak Regency , Riau.

This was conveyed by the Regent Alfedri when reviewing the location of independent isolation to prevent the transmission of 'Corona Virus' provided by the largest South Asian Coordination Corporation.

"We have already reminded and appealed to the company to implement Physical Distancing and Social Distancing for all employees, both PT IKPP employees and partner contract workers of PT IKPP," said Regent Alfedri to Riau1.com after reviewing the mess of PT IKPP employees which is used as an independent Isolation site in the Industrial City of Perawang.

The Regent Alfedri requested that the transportation of labor, which usually carried workers in such a jostling, be imposed with a boundary between 1 person and others.

"This is one of the efforts to prevent the transmission of Covid 19, we ask PT IKPP, to reprimand its partners who are still carrying the contracted labor in jostling," he explained.

Alfedri also asked, all private companies to implement and carry out the Government's call for prevention of Corona virus transmission.

"Let's break up the chain of virus spread that has become epidemic throughout the world. To private companies, we hope that we can obey the government's call, so that we are all shunned from Covid 19," he appealed.
