A wife catches her husband when raping daughter in India

News24xx.com -  Cruel, a 40-year-old man was repeatedly raping his 14-year-old daughter for the past six months after administering sleeping pills to his wife every night. 

The crime, which occurred in Budhana area of the district, came to light on Thursday morning after the girl’s mother woke up before time and caught the accused in the act.  

Then, the girl, eldest among four siblings, was brought to the hospital for medical examination.  And her father was absconding.

Now, her case has been registered under sections 376 (rape) and 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation) of the IPC and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences  (POCSO) Act. 

The girl said, “My father raped me me several times and threatened to kill me if I disclosed about it to anyone,”

Prabhakar Kenthura, station house officer of Budhana, said on Thursday, Sept. 13 2018,  “Our attempts are on to arrest the accused who is currently absconding.”
