Minister of home affairs, Tjahjo Kumolo asks head of regional of Riau to fulfill Bawaslu's call

However, Tjahjo reminded that the political attitude of the regional head did not involve subordinates or ASN in his work environment. Also the regional head is not justified in using assets, funds, and facilities as regional heads when participating in supporting the election participants.

 

Tjahjo Kumolo said that the regional head should use his personal funds when it comes to supporting one of the candidates in the 2019 Presidential Election. regional money, do not involve employees in the area. As is known tomorrow (17 October 2018) Riau Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) summoned the governor and the elected regent / mayor for clarification regarding the presence of a declaration of support for Joko Widodo. The Election Supervisory Body has also called on the organizing committee for the declaration.
