Apple apologizes to its users due to their Apple ID accounts was being hacked in China

Alipay and Tencent did not mention how much money hackers had stolen, but they have contacted Apple to work together to uncover this problem in more detail. On its official statement quoted by the Wall Street Journal, Apple also said, "apologize profusely for the inconvenience to its customers in this case". Details about the incident are not known for sure, but Apple stated that the account affected in this case was apparently not using two-factor authentication (TFA).
