News24xx.com -  For the first time, Kylie Jenner has been slapped with a lawsuit over her successful Kylie Cosmetics. 

Recently, the 21-year-old has been accused of copying her Born To Sparkle gold eye shadow from Sheree Cosmetics.

As information, the cosmetic she launched on 6 August for her birthday collection. 

And now,  Sheree Cosmetics is reportedly claiming they were selling the same glitter eyeshadow and also with same name about one year earlier, in October 2017. And for that claim, they are now taking the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star with fine about $900million (£693m) and has been filed at the US Southern District of New York.

And they make an complaint cites trademark infringement, false designation of origin and trade dress infringement.

The Sheree Cosmetics' founder, Tiffany Herrmann, explained the move was the only way she could protect her business and her hard work. 

"We are a truly self-made business. As far as an outcome we just want to make sure that Born To Sparkle is protected and that what is right prevails."

She also voiced her fears that Kylie’s release of a similar eye shadow product had damaged her sales, as people who would have been searching for her products could have been directed to Kylie Cosmetics.
