Marquez is still did not believe to leading of MotoGP in half season

The MotoGP racers now have about a month to rest. The next series will be held at the circuit of Brno, Czech Republic, on August 6 2017.

For Marquez, in the top position standings is a surprise. Even though, he had missed 37 points behind in Italy MotoGP series after Viñales in early June.

"Three races ago I missed out on 37 points. However, before the series of Assen I received a WhatsApp message from (crew chief) Santi Hernandez, and he said, don't worry, Marc. You will lead the standings during summer", said Marquez, Autosport was quoted as saying.

"I answered, okay, what do you drink?. Because we still get behind. But, in the end we must believe in ourselves. We must be sure to our work, we must continue to fight like we did," he added.

"I am counting the days since my last victory in Austin. I know that I should be patient. It is fun to be on vacation in the position of leading the standings--just five points anyway, but it's better than five points superior to miss five points,"said Marquez.
