News24xx.com - This woman's longevity secret may sound a little strange and unusual. Scotland's Mary Norris had just returned to her 100th birthday on December 3, which she described as a result of never worrying about men.

Mary was born just a few days after World War I in 1918. During World War II, she dedicated herself to working in an ammunition factory after being motivated by her five brothers who were war troops.

"I have eight brothers and a sister, but sadly I am only a person who is still alive. My father works hard to defend our home. He is not rich, his salary is small, but he tries his best," said Mary, quoted from Metro.

Until now, Mary had never married and claimed that without worrying about men being the main secret of her age reached a century.  A woman who likes to dance and gulps a glass of sherry has never been seen as silent, until now she is always active.

In 2018, a 113-year-old man named Masazo Nonaka was recorded as the oldest man who ever lived.  Japan is the country with the longest life expectancy in the world according to the World Health Organization (WHO), which is 86.8 years for women and 80.5 for men.
