From Weinstein was removed one charge

News24xx.com - The New York City Prosecutor’s Office dropped one of three charges of sexual abuse against Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein. This was reported by tv-channel KKTV.

It is noted that we are talking about accusations by actress Lucia Evans, who claimed that Weinstein forced oral sex in 2004. As Evans told reporters, the incident occurred at the producer’s office.

Hollywood producer was arrested six months later investigations and was released.
Wainstein’s lawyer said he considered the testimony of the actress a lie, the producer himself said that he was innocent.

The remaining two charges are that Weinstein raped a woman in 2013 and forced another victim to sexual acts in 2006. Their names are not disclosed.

On May 25, Weinstein surrendered to New York police and was released on bail of a million dollars. At least eight women reported rape by the producer, and more than 80 reported sexual harassment by the producer.
