Russian Powerlifter raised the barbell 426 kg and bled out

News24xx.com - At the international tournament of powerlifters «Arnold Classic», Russian athlete Mikhail Shivlyakov managed to lift a barbell weighing 426 kilograms. However, this weight was not easy for him - the athlete started bleeding from the nose, but he still held the projectile.

This allowed Shivlyakov to take the third place in strongman competitions. Second place went to US representative Brian Shaw. The best was the Icelander Haftor Julius Bjornsson - a multiple winner of the tournaments "The strongest man on the planet."

The international tournament «Arnold Classic» has been held in the USA annually since 1988. The organizer of the competition is a former bodybuilder, a multiple winner of the tournament “Mr. Olympia” and film actor Arnold Schwarzenegger.
