Razzie Awards has just made its list of the worst film in 2018. The list was announced before the Oscars nominations, which is an awards show that gives awards to the best films. Here are some of the worst films according to Razzie Awards.

1.       Gotti

It is a biopic of a mafia figure in New York. Starring John Travolta, the film got bad review in Cannes Film Festival. The film critics deem it as badly written, boring, with no thrill. The core of the story, which portrays John Gotti as a loving and fun family man is deemed to be the film’s biggest weakness.

2.       The Happytime Murders

The film was supposed to be a funny and entertaining film that you can watch with your family. The idea of the film is unique, by combining the human world with doll world. But in the middle of the film, the story only focuses on the vulgarity of the doll, turning it into an annoying character.

3.       Holmes & Watson

Just as its name suggests, the film is about the most popular detective, Sherlock Holmes, and his partner, John Watson. However, unlike the Sherlock Holmes film starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman, this film, which stars Will Ferrel and John C. Reilly as Holmes and Watson is poorly executed.

4.       Robin Hood

There are many films about Robin Hood, the legendary thief who stole from the rich to give to the poor. But the latest film, which stars Taron Egerton, had gotten negative responses from the critics.

5.       Winchester

Starring Helen Mirren as the main character, this film had a potential to be great. Unfortunately, amidst great horror and thriller films like Hereditary and A Quiet Place, its story is not strong enough. The film is about a house in the 50s that was full of ghosts.
