Head of the West Nusa Tenggara Tourism Office, Lalu Muhammad Faozal, was optimistic that the motorbike racing event could double the number of foreign tourist arrivals, both to Mandalika or Lombok as a whole. He also did not forget to insert a lot of cultural arts agenda in the annual event.

On the other hand, positioning Lombok as a halal tourist destination also becomes a concern of the Ministry of Tourism. Because since getting the title as a halal tourist destination, Lombok tourism considered to be growing. "In the past, NTB only in placed in second position after Bali, but since it has the title of halal tourism, the number of foreign tourists increased by 1 million, and for domestic tourists rose 50 percent" Arief said.
