Volkswagen to discharge Ducati, Bajaj-KMZ in the first line

News24xx.com -  Volkswagen (VW) is called to releaseits Ducati. A variety of world automobile manufacturer is rumored to want Ducati.

Some of the companies who are interested in the proposal among other are Edizione Holding, Bain Capital, Harley-Davidson, Eicher Motors and Bajaj Auto.

The Economic Times reported, now Bajaj-KTM (Bajaj had a stake in KTM 47.99 percent) has nearly completed a deal to acquire the Ducati.

"We are very close tofinalizes a very promising alliance, not sure it will happen, but it happens, it will open up the possibility of a very large company," said Managing Director of Bajaj Auto, Rajiv Bajaj.

Possibilities, Bajaj-KTM will announce the plans at two weeks ahead. If true, it means the Alliance Bajaj-KTM seriously will add another Member of its Italy alliance, Ducati.

Reported by Reuters, in Europe, Edizione Holding also has their offers for Ducati. The company bid USD 1.2 billion for the proposal of Ducati.
