This list is the result of a survey of around 40 thousand people from 40 countries. Some of the main factors such as performance, quality, comfort, efficiency, are the sources.

This year the aviation industry of Qatar has again shown its class as the best in the world. Quoting from lonely planet, on Friday, May 17th 2019, Qatar Airways and Hamad International Airport managed to occupy the first position.

After Qatar Airways, some of the most famous airlines in the world also entered the list of the best Airhelp airlines such as American Airlines, Aeromexico, SAS Scandinavian Airlines, Qantas, LATAM Airlines, WestJet, Luxair, Austrian Airlines and Emirates.

Meanwhile, for the worst list of airlines is filled by Korean Air, Ryanair, Norwegian, Laudamotion, Transavia, Aerolineas Argentinas, Adria Airways, Thomas Cook, EasyJet, and Kuwait Airways.

For the best airport category after Hamad International Airlines, there are several airports that are included in the best list such as Tokyo International Airport, Athens International Airport, Afonso Pena International Airport, Moscow Sheremetyevo International Airport, Singapore Changi Airport, and Viracopos-Campinas International Airport.
