IllustrationIllustration - This incident took place in one of the banks located in a shopping center in the city of Beersheba, Israel. At that time the unidentified man entered the Postal Bank, and asked for a small amount of money to the bank officer.

He also threatened that he would throw a bomb he held on his hand, if the bank officer did not obey his wishes. Out of fear, finally the bank officers gave cash around ILS 16,000.

The theft did not stop there, a few days later this man returned to one of the different Postal Bank branches. He also carried the same black object, and also threatened that he would throw a bomb in his hand if his money request was not fulfilled.

At the bank branch, this man managed to get around ILS 12,000 in cash. Unfortunately, this man forgot that he left his cellphone at the bank. The police then managed to track his whereabouts through the data on his cellphone.

Uniquely, after being arrested, the police found that the black object thought as a bomb turned out to be an avocado. In order to make it look more convincing, the man intentionally coloured the avocado he bought into black, so that the avocado's appearance at a glance looks like a bomb.
