Alleged Violation of Ethics Judge of Siak District Court, Ariadi Tarigan Finally Passes a Letter to KY to Jokowi

The report sent directly by Ariadi Tarigan through the Siak Regency POS office was a violation of the code of ethics and guidelines for the protection of judges by the Chairperson of the Siak District Court / Judge / Board of Judges Case Number 115 / Pid.B / 2019 / PN.Sak and Number 116 / Pid . B / 2019 / PN.

"I have officially reported the allegations about ethics and authority in Siak District Court. I am speaking no nonsense, the truth must be upheld," Ariadi Tarigan said on Monday, August 19, 2019.

The complaint report was submitted to the Chairperson of the KY of the Republic of Indonesia and forwarded to the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Chairman of the Supreme Court, KPK, Polri, Komnas HAM and Kompolnas. Then also to the Attorney General, the Deputy Chairperson of the Supreme Court MA, the Deputy Attorney General for Supervision, the Chair of the Pekanbaru High Court (PT) Pekanbaru, and the Chief Representative of KY Riau.

The Chairman of the Siak District Court in the approved report appointed, discussed and tried the two cases above on July 17, 2019 on behalf of Suratno Konadi, the Director of PT DSI and Teten Effendi as former Kadishutbun Siak.

This is in the case of alleged sentences using fake letters or permits on the basis of conditions and requirements that are not in accordance with the actual provisions.

"The approved case must have an interest with an interest in the case of the struggle which had already been tried under Number 81 / Pid.Sus / 2019 / PN.Sak with the defendant Misno as Director of PT DSI," Ariadi said.

In the case of PT DSI with two defendants PT DSI Director, Suratno Konadi and the former Kadishutbun Siak were acquitted by a judge in the Siak District Court some time ago. It is expected that prosecutors will be demanded 2.5 years in prison.
