Wednesday, October 9, 2019, the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) recorded hotspots in Riau, which had not yet vanished. Riau is istill detected to have 10 hotspots spread across three districts.

As said by the Head of the Pekanbaru BMKG Station, Sukisno. " There are 10 points of Riau Hotspot with a confidence level above 50 percent. Spread at Pelalawan 1 point, Inhil 6 points, and Inhu 3 points," he said.

In addition, Riau hotspots with confidence levels above 70 percent have 8 points. Spread in Inhil 5 points and Inhu 3 points.

While visibilities are  in Pekanbaru 10 kilometers and Rengat 8 kilometers. Furthermore Dumai 9 kilometers and Pelalawan 6 kilometers.
