Take Photos and Videos of Stepchild Naked; a Father Imprisoned 202 Years

News24xx.com - A fisherman in Ipoh has been sentenced to 202 years in prison and received 23 cane blows after he admitted 22 counts of rape, torture, having unreasonable sex and recorded his naked video on his cellphone since April 2016.

He was charged under Section 354 of the Criminal Code for committing the crime of taking pictures of his stepdaughter while he was dressed.

He was also accused of 14 counts of having sex and raping his stepdaughter.

The incident took place at their home in Sitiawan, Manjung from 16 April 2016 to 29 September this year. The defendant forced his stepdaughter to take off his clothes, caress her breasts and insert her fingers into her vagina before he raped her. He also raped her in the living room.

Apparently, he had divorced the girl's mother but they still lived in the same house. The poor victim said that his stepfather threatened and frightened him.

The mother is not aware of the odds on her daughter. Until he found the SD card folder titled My Child on September 30 with obscene photographs of his daughter. He submitted a police report the same day and the defendant was arrested.

He was first accused of a crime on October 11, 2019, but he pleaded not guilty to 16 of the 22 charges brought against him.
